Lê Gia xử lý lại toàn bộ trần thạch cao phẳng kết hợp phào chỉ tường thanh mảnh. Khu bếp chữ I kịch trần tạo điểm nhấn bằng mảng tường mosaic gốm đen bóng tương phản. Transforming a bare-shell apartment into a luxury living space requires exceptional craftsmanship and a seamless integration of construction and bespoke interior design. For this project at the high-end Delasol condominium in Ho Chi Minh City, Le Gia Design & Construction partnered with our client, Mr. Bang, to handle everything from initial raw state execution to the final handover. The result is a stunning 65m² home that beautifully embodies the sophisticated charm of light Classic interior design.
Open-Plan Living Room & Kitchen: Where Melody Meets Artful Design
Stepping into the communal area, the transition from a raw concrete structure to a refined living space is immediate. Le Gia meticulously re-engineered the flat gypsum ceilings and integrated delicate wall moldings, a signature element of the Classic style.
The Masterful Kitchen: The full-height, straight (I-shaped) kitchen cabinetry features a striking backsplash made of glossy black ceramic mosaic tiles, creating a bold and luxurious contrast.
The Emotional Living Space: The living room feels magnificent and deeply poetic. A noble cobalt blue velvet sofa sits elegantly next to a sleek, glossy black acoustic piano, complemented by a custom built-in wine cabinet with integrated warm LED strip lighting.
Master Bedroom: A Romantic, Wellness-Inspired Sanctuary
The master suite is dedicated to rest and rejuvenation, echoing the light Classic design language with high-end finishes:
Sophisticated Wall Accents: The headboard wall is adorned with large-scale classic decorative moldings and flanked by a symmetrical pair of elegant hanging LED pendant lights that cast a warm, golden glow.
Harmonious Color Palette: A plush, charcoal grey upholstered bed pairs beautifully with soft pastel blue bedding.

A proper raw apartment fit-out prioritizes what lies beneath the surface. Le Gia handled the core MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and advanced multi-layer waterproofing from the concrete base up, ensuring flawless technical execution:
- Premium Tiling: Walls and floors are cladded with modern, matte-finish faux stone tiles that provide excellent anti-slip properties.
- Luxury Shower Zone: The walk-in shower is enclosed by a tempered glass partition with sleek matte black frames, paired with a premium concealed rain shower system.
